If I am going to be turning a profit over 25,000 on my rental portfolio this year as a single member pass through LLC, am I required to make LLET estimated tax payments?

I wanted to scale my personal portfolio.

The rental market in Houston is strong and I am looking to leverage the equity and grow the portfolio especially in some of the up and coming areas.My main question is about pulling out equity from a property in a high tax area like Houston.

I heard about portfolio lenders as smaller banks that keep loan on their books, so what if I use portfolio lender, do these loans stay on my credit record?

@Katie Weinstein hey Katie, my company doesnt offer commercial loans, but we have loan programs for residential (1-4) unit properties, including a portfolio program for properties held in an LLC.

Looking at buying a small SFR portfolio. 3 properties, all have mortgages to the LLC that owns them.
