Getting free of consumer debt and then staying out of it is the best thing you can do for yourself. 

After a failed partnership, I was left with around 50 k in debt only 10 k cash and another 30-40k debt from current property flip fail.I’m looking at potentially 80-90k in non consumer debt.

I find it time consuming and not a good return on my time.

This is not like your typical real estate transactions with consumers where deals fall out of escrow all the time.

Be active on your social media platforms and create your own brand.
