Failed partnership should I chapter 7 ?
Hey guys
Wasn’t sure what to do with the situation I got myself into and wanted some opinions. After a failed partnership, I was left with around 50 k in debt only 10 k cash and another 30-40k debt from current property flip fail.
I’m looking at potentially 80-90k in non consumer debt. I am strongly considering chapter 7 to start again. I would qualify as most of debt was from business related. The years it’ll take to pay off the debt, I can instead be using to save up again and reattempt a flip with cash but with bankruptcy on credit score.
Do you chapter 7 is a possible solution?
Anyone that has done chapter 7 and got back into real estate any tips or strategy you use to get ur self moving with chapter 7 on credit score, please let me know too.
Thanks again
