I know that, overwhelmingly, it's what you fill your head with that counts, it's the day-to-day actions you take, it's the spouse you marry, it's the systematic choices you make, and perhaps most importantly, the personal hypocrisy you don't allow yourself to get away with.

I am wondering what's the best type of deed to use to sell a vacant lot I have from my LLC to my personal name.

The person being interviewed had a marketing strategy using TV commercials (maybe billboards?)

Oddly enough, I have found RE professionals are pretty warm as long as you are personable and aren't just immediately trying to ask them for things.

The seller financing person is not involved in the closing when you sell it.

I have no more headaches, there is an umbrella policy for the properties, and I can buy more properties with the cash flow without anymore personal money.

My personal opinion is: once the renovation is done, property is rented and generally stabilized, I take out a fixed rate mortgage.

The goal is to replace 1 persons income, for now, and pricing on multifamily seems too high at the moment to be able to accomplish that without more money on hand.I've been in property management for around 4 years and my husband is with the same company in the renovations department.

@Maurice George, you can pay the heirs for access to inspect the property and you can buy personal property.
