I don't think opening a bank account will be an issue, you can likely open a trust banking account depending on the trust structure (revocable vs. irrevocable). 

Hi @Julien Payne,I guess it depends on how involved you would like to be to say which strategy would be best.

Might have a few options for full leverage there, but if not, likely sitting at around 65% LTV on anything long-term/DSCR

I have equity in my duplex that I would like to leverage, but the interest rate on the mortgage is at 2.7% so I don't want to cash out refinance (considering interest rates right now are in the 6-8% range).
