Of course, you can still sell and walk away with a nice lump sum... but based on my own buyers and listings I'm representing, I can tell you that at least down here in LA, sellers are really not in a power position currently.

Since they are just thankful for a place to live they take real good care of the home and stay for years.3. many of the homes he sells are rented to doctors and nurses LOL4. homes are completely rehabbed... well that one has been debunked 20 times on BP its a joke.Caveat Emptor to the tenth power.
