We are in the midst of a revamping of our entire online presence at both the individual site level and at the Reliant Real Estate/Investments level. 

So you open up a new bank account in CO, and give someone you know in Colorodo ATM authorization to use your debit card and put a prepaid amount on there for them to buy groceries each month as a tip for doing you the service. 

She visited NYC for a few days last week but no luck and now her search is online since she is back in the City by the Bay.

Has anyone taken an online course in preparation for their RE License Exam (as opposed to an in-person course)?

In most counties, they are very simple and can be done online relatively quickly.

Are they willing to wait for payment when I get back or online payments if available?
