This is a foreclosed property that is bank owned and they are refusing to turn on the power for one of the units as they insist that it is an as is condition of sale.

FWIW I have Propstream too, its the best public records (mortgages liens owners etc) soso MLS data and recent sales tool, can pull leads too.

I tell them it's just a formality, even though it is ordinarily the beginning of an eviction process.In the lease they give me the right to advertise the unit for lease 30 days in advance online, with a yard sign, and with a sign in the window.
