I am not saying this to make you feel bad, but rather to remind you that we have all made mistakes and that you are doing the right thing by coming here and speaking to attorneys to seek solutions.The laws vary from state to state, and the reason why you may be getting different answers is because sometimes there are overlapping statutes that may be applicable to this rather vague and incomplete document.

My tentative plan would be the following:1. caretaker would be "eyes and ears" and clean building, mow and shovel2. caretaker would show vacant apartments and would fax/scan applications to me and I would screen.
