Hopefully this is not some news to you, but sellers are no longer having to pay buyer agent commissions, now is a Choice, which might be confusing, but there is nothing to worry about. still, it doesn't change the fact that to maximize profit, it's wise for sellers to offer a buyer agent commission, attracting more qualified buyers to the listing. and for buyers, the main change is the need for a few extra forms and agreements before viewing properties. 

If the seller refuses to sign the deed at closing, no sale can take place despite what a contract for sale may say.

There has never been any legal documentation on the well being shared.Fast forward a week, I close on the house and a day later there's no water.

But, unfortunately there was nothing I could do to help her because I had no connection with the original agents or parties in the transaction and the other party had already taken legal action. 

Anyway, I've had no problems with it over the past 12 years or so. 

First, never send a lender money unless it's to be paid for appraisal or admin charges and if you looking for a good lender I could refer you to our hedge fund which offers you a hard money loan with no experience and only must be a homeowner.

And there’s no replacement for a real estate professional.
