I dont recommend others take this kind of risk because I was nervous, but they, pound for pound have been the 100 percent best tenants I've had in any class property I have owned.

I use a dedicated tracking number for each campaign with callrail and direct those numbers to a 24 hour recorded message, I even say on my mailer that it is a 24 hour recorded message… so that should take some of the apprehension out of the Motivated Seller that's nervous to talk about their situation.

:D Don't have any as of yet, but reviewing currently what others are doing then will select some on my own.Social media is a big one, don't understand it as of yet, all I know it is a free powerful medium, facebook has either surpassed or equaling the traffic numbers google has making it a formidable enemy to google in terms of advertising dollars...google is nervous of facebook.Note:Social media is a must for me, so it will be one of my favorites, it's just I don't understand how it works just yet !
