Reason being, my wife is looking at attending UNC Charlotte and the Air National Guard unit I will belong to is over in New London/Albemarle.

I want to see above the national average, and what kind of jobs they are.

There are no national programs that I know of which which will allow less than 3.5% down on a multifamily.

But that’s just me wanting to support the local guys versus big national brands.
