talk to a management company first to see what unit mix would be best for your proposed location, and what they would rent for, then figure square footages times how many units you would like to do, then check with county on zoning and septic requirements, then see if your rents would support a build cost of $125 a square foot.You might get built for less (or more)but if it works for $125 a square, continue with build out estimates
