You likely need the ducts all the way back to the furnace cleaned out as well with air handler cleaning and filter replacement.I have done this before and it is exhausting work.

Work hard, bust your ***, and when you get exhausted, KEEP GOING.

Alex,  what I've found in Charlotte recently is too many single family homes are bid up by eager home buyers making it exhausting to find anything with decent roi. 90 mile radius, you still get good renters out that far or are you just flipping?

I'm concerned if I have to meet with sellers to often it may be too much.Also, if I can generate a list locally of 1-2 thousand addresses, how long before I exhaust that list?
