I got side tracked on my investing journey with a large luxury STR that I thought would bring great riches and yadda yadda. 

I think we’ll see a pull back on the SF and luxury condo market as rates increase but we’re betting big on MF rentals.

It has a very luxurious back yard with beautiful pool and glass fire bowls with waterfall and bbq/fridge.

So if I have to pay for a week of lodging for the new tenant + new fridge/stove + the things I already mentioned it would definitely be higher than the deposit.

Every area differs and it also is heavily dependent on if you're renovating it to be a Luxury Listing, a Starter Home, or a Rental.

And I also work for the number one luxury hotel group in the world.

But I also understand that’s a luxury of my market, connections, etc. 

I need some advice.I have a luxury unit I inherited about 14 years ago in Southern California.We have a family realtor who’s been doing work with us for years.

They are considered a luxury in that area!
