They listen then.Also, they change phone numbers and loose phone and INTERNET service fast as they often do not have the money for the service. 

We may "own" a property today but yes, if we don't pay our tax's, mortgage, association or eminent domain happens, yes we would "loose" ownership of that property, and that is exactly as it has been our entire lives, the lives of those before us, and before them and so on. 

Is there a certain percentage you offer below asking as a rule of thumb, or is the general downside of on market that you are pretty much bound to asking price?
