Figure it out, do you research (literally took me 10 seconds to google "landlord loans for coronavirus") and find out about how in the CARES act, the same government you think is overreaching took the time to consider your needs an investor, but you're too busy on some straw pedestal to even bother to LOOK.

I'm currently doing something very similar but I'm on literally the opposite coast to my property.

Maybe his numbers were just off the cuff and I'm taking his example to literally, but I'm hoping someone can help me understand this strategy a little better.
