I recommend listening to quite a few BP podcasts before picking which angle you want to enter in to the market.

I am currently listening to every BP episode from start to finish to gain as much knowledge as possible. 

I'm new to the forum here and my career for that matter ;) My Dad forced me to listen to BiggerPockets podcasts and audio books every summer I worked with him.

All the Youtubers I have listened to encourage their subscribers to learn to complete their own title searches.

I've been listening to the BP podcast, practicing (TONS) of deal analysis, reading RE books and attending REIA meetings for 6+ months.

I grew up listening to punk rock and reading 1984.

Many friends, business associates, my CPA, paid financial advisors and paid attorneys listened to what I wanted to do and they agreed that I was doing the right thing, but not one of those persons spent one second of their time to evaluate my investments nor did they evaluate my risks and I lost $1,850,000 plus several years of my time and hard work.

Also, just read/listen/watch everything you can on BP, YouTube, etc.

I've listened to 100 or so episodes of the podcast and have become super interested in so many different facets of real estate investing.
