You’ll have to do your research but there are websites that can help provide insite to other crashpads and their listings, such as crashpad411.com and crashpads.com.

This kind of talk is often associated with an affinity scam.

Pretty much just having them bang that list to see if they want to sell and set the appointment to the seller call to me.
