It had a new roof and AC about 5 years ago, but aside from that it needed a full kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, exterior repair, paint, floor refinishing, and windows.

I'm actually gutting an entire three family, kitchens, baths, 3 bedrooms, living room, and dining room all by myself.

See below...The upstairs common foyer (circled above) splits Unit 3 right in half, with the Kitchen/Bath on one side, the Bed/Living Room on the other. 

My just got a condo late March this year, and early May the condo association told me there was a leakage in my kitchen faucet / garbage disposal that led to water leakage in the units underneath me (two units since the middle unit is vacant and they didn't realize).
