I initially thought I would loan money on a short term basis to a group that bought, rehabbed and sold properties, but discovered other opportunities once I networked with other local investors.With a variety of investment options, I met with real estate attorneys regarding required documents and to figure out what their involvement would be with each investment. 

I have spoken to an acquaintance that has gone through a program like this and has several years clean.

On the surface, this may not be as popular as the high turnover would call for prompter housekeeping and cleaning, but none the less, was an interesting concept.

“Ok.”Adequate conversation, yet 45 minutes later of replacing a ceiling fan and cleaning some stuff- no truck moved.

I’d love to get involved in the US market but not sure on the tax implications and if it will be worth my time.
