I work a lot with travel nurses, tech interns, visiting scientists, and visiting professors.

My financial situation drives me towards multifamily in the price range of those you may see in the southeast of town near the international district.

Also some renters are transient, here in DC I have tenants that rent a room for more than $1000 who are interns and are only staying in the area for a short time or tenants that just got a new job in the city and just moved here and they don't know the city's neighborhoods well enough yet to know where they would like to buy.

The Lehigh Valley has route 22 where the Lehigh Valley International Airport is located off of (22 and Airport Rd.) and interstate 78 runs close by which is a major route to NJ and NY.

We see a strong pent up demand even now, and this should only increase as international travel restrictions are lifted.

on tax purpose, you don't get the tax benefit when purchasing international properties. 

Another option you may consider right now is hiring interns.

I'd recommend starting with some internal reflection. 

Due to working at the Denver International Airport, I'm wanting to get pretty close to that area.

I really enjoyed my Spring when I interned downtown in 2019 and it's pretty cool to see that it's a good place to invest!
