Hey BP! Thanks partly to BP podcast and this great community I was finally able to leave the rat race and quit my factory job. I'm up to 37 doors, mostly single family houses, and I was able to pull out some equity recently and purchase a flooring store in Indianapolis, IN. Thank you everyone!
