I am planning on putting in duct work for a natural gas unit to heat the main floor and the new basement remodel (which will all be one apartment).My question is what should I do with the upstairs apartment?

Can we also request the inspection reports from the builder during the different phases in which the city inspected the home -- i.e. dry wall etc.Has anyone not done a home inspection on a new construction before?

We do try to get to know them during our rehab phase, and if they do not seem like wackos, we usually give at least one of them our contact info and let them know they can call us if they see any problems, even though we have a property manager.
