Just closed a transaction with him a couple weeks ago.However honestly your going to need to do something with your debt level of you want to use conventional financing.

I am looking for an honest contractor or handyman who I can pay to inspect my property,take photos, and make any repair suggestions on a yearly basis.

Becuase of that, the agents of these type of companies limit their responsibility to dealing honestly and fairly, disclosing all known facts (typically none), and accounting for funds.  

They are ethical and honest.

@Shawn Paradis, thanks for sharing.I would agree with @Roy N. in that you should certainly compensate your agent for his honest work.

I recently moved to Duluth, GA and need a good, honest tax professional.

I've been a lurker on the forums, and would like to introduce myself, since I think I am going to be posting and learning from here a lot.We are most interested in buy-and-hold, as opposed to flipping, to be honest, we won't be able to do any renovations ourselves.

I honestly think I can do this project for $100K Max once we get started.  

The owners are honest guys that care about their clients.
