after a few months of searching online for information re real estate, I found myself being led to this site time and time again, so I decided to make it official and make myself a member.kinda stumbled into RE purchasing 2 condos at auction, and one of them came with a storage unit.

I know that I still need to learn more.I heard you could get lists from the counties and municipalities, asking for Tax Delinquencies, Code Violations, Probate, etc...Who do I go to, and how do I obtain these official lists???

Lastly, I took back a few properties a few years back in my volatile markets that I was ok selling on the cheap because my health at the time didn't justify the energy to rehab and retail them to non-existent buyers.All lead to reasons why you can only establish a criteria as a buyer and try to stay within it.
