There simply is too much data that goes into valuing a property that isn’t clean and “machine readable” as they say in the software industry, unless you’re in an area with a huge supply of genuine cookie cutter houses.If you’re not sure why some houses sell for a lot more than others I would find a local agent for your team who can give you insight.All of that said, there’s Zillow Zestimastes if you just want a general idea.

In my experience it is entirely a closed loop process and very hard ot find a genuine deal.

Sorry to those I may confuse by asking the same type of question as before but I genuinely need some clarity....

Hi there from Israel,I am willing to enter into the tax certificate auctions in Florida (Broward and Miami Dade) and I have some questions.First I would like to thank Carolyn Morales for sharing a success story in Jacksonville that inspired me.Tax lien – let say there are 7 liens on a property, 2 were bought in 2013 and 2015 and 5 are for sale by the county.
