Congrats @Ryan BonheyoMany people try to do what you are about to do and it is great strategy.Do a forum search for BRRRR.I can't think of any cons to doing that.

I enjoy reading the BP forum and plan to document the entire process to help the next investor avoid some of the mistakes I will undoubtedly make!

On another forum, someone argued that buying just one property was a bad idea, stating that it will "drain me" and that you need multiple properties to be successful.

This is my first forum on here and I would be incredibly thankful for any kind of advice on what I'm looking to do.

I have pulled almost ALL of my own money out of them via refinancing and they all cash flow.You are in the envious position of having a property that most people on this forum will NEVER be able to purchase.
