Hi Michael - I'm an investor and realtor on Topsail Island.  

There is land available within a few blocks of the school.  

I live in Harlingen, Texas, some folks know it as the Rio Grande Valley and yet some only know us because of South Padre Island. 

Got to travel to the neighboring islands each 3-5 times, as well as 8-10 Asian countries, and pick up some profitable REIs.  

Someone once told me there is one thing that they can't make more of... and that is Land.

I would like to use the VA loan and would absolutely love to hear your personal experience on the island and if you have any suggestions based on your personal experience.

I like Okaloosa Island better because there is a cap on building height (6 stories) and all the complexes are directly on the beach.
