They have to experience it themselves....I have thought about doing just that.....I didn't know the allowable amount so thanks for sharing that information with me....This particular neighborhood is on the edge of being a C neighborhood....some people may say it is....so this girl who lives in the bubble would have a difficult time adjusting...especially since I watch the ID channel often....My boyfriend is a true urban boy...me not so much...we currently live in an A neighborhood and I love it....it is tucked away from the freeway so it requires a bit of driving but the community is safe and absent of any riff raff......We do both share a love for ethnic foods and culture which we don't have to much of where we currently live....we are constantly driving into the suburbs right outside the city.My house would easily rent for 1800.00 a month.

I am thinking of improving some of the landscaping at my rentals, and this gave me food for thought :)We are planning to take out two apple trees in my yard and will replace them with two more apple and two cherry trees.

If the expense was significant and you had a history of over allocating it to one property rather than others and then sold it later (with passive loss carryovers being released) I suppose that might an issue but that's just food for thought.

Pls guide  Check the unit for pets, if you find them put down some Purina Chow and a big cooking pan of water.You can have a free new pet or contact a no-kill shelter.If you wait on this and the pet dies in there, the stench is awful and sometimes soaks into the carpet and sub floor.Pets need water and food on a daily basis or they will die.They also accept donations:  https://www.nokillnetwork.org/
