Well if you have a good plan to assist the Buyer getting home financing, you may want to look at "Lease plus a Contract for Option".Buyer gets the option when Buyer finishes the lease.

I just finished reading the link from Account Closed and here was a key note:"The taxation of the gross receipts derived from the rental of a private residence, cottage, or similar accommodation for fewer than 15 days was previously addressed in the Important Notice: Tax on Accommodations (Revised June 14, 2012)."

This sounds analogous to a house with a finished basement that is legally not part of the square footage but is certainly worth much more than the exact same house next door with an unfinished basement.

Hello fellow rehabbers,So we have been able to save a good amount of money on materials going through the bid room at Lowes and Home Depot, and on Lumber through our local lumber yard, but sometimes they do not have a ton of options for finish materials.
