So I’m asking kind of a fun question today.... what is your favorite HGTV show for inspiration on investing and rehabbing properties?

We helped him pack all of the stuff in the house and made two 80 mile trips to move his stuff with our pickup truck and trailer, with no reimbursement for fuel.

We are going to make a trip into the Boise, ID market in late September.

I send Americans to Cuba on legal trips that support Cuba's entrepreneurial sector.

The "tenants" don't live there, they just need a place to hang out between trips or while on call. 

I have had to make an emergency trip to have the A/C checked but that is it in 2 years.

@Clark Kirkpatrick Yes, I was hoping they would give us a name or something, but when they asked Steve what was his favorite business book, he did say the E myth so I am leaning toward the E myth mastery program

In my area, the rebate is about 1/3 or more of the cost plus almost all installation; they'll even add the cost to the water bill spread over 5 years - interest free (my favorite kind) -  so it's about $15 a month. 

I'm guessing that operating agreements are not a RE attorney's favorite thing to do or the most profitable, but really need to finalize this partnership operating agreement and still need some guidance.
