    I have read several and to me @Joe Fairless book was by far the most comprehensive. His is called the Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book. 

    Another good one was Multi Family Millions by David Lindahl 

    Also check out The ABCs of Real Estate investing by Ken McElroy!
