Has anyone else experienced this?

PM's for OOS investors are a key team member.

If you are trying to build a team and/or do more business in Kansas City I would work on finding a different person that is local to Kansas City.

Recently, he's been sharing data about the downturn that he's experiencing in Southern Cal.

How has your "team building" gone so far?

Do you have a "team" of people that will handle the various specialized aspects of a house flipping business (Realtors, CPA's, attorneys, contractors/tradesmen, title companies, lenders, etc.)? 

Having a vision for the property (very distress property) and a team that repaired the property in a timely and cost saving manner.

Find an experienced agent.

Lessons Learned: I experienced a good amount of anxiety over the year, fears of the note being called due.

My goal one day is to have my own team and firm but in order to learn all that and do that,  working under someone or with someone is my motivation to learn and get to that point.
