@Jon Klaus   I built a huge one 4 projects back and I don't think it ever got a foot of water in it and its 12 feet deep.. acutally I think they are safety hazards frankly.

In the mid 70's it became popular to start using acrylic plaster which is essentially acrylic paint with plaster mixed in as a thickener versus a bonding agent.

We also started talking about house hacking which is essentially what we have been doing but speeding up the process and holding on to properties for only a year then deciding whether to rent or sell.

Despite that turn-off, their materials seemed pretty good, and so I ended up purchasing it so my team can use the materials for their marketing campaign, so it was essentially a marketing cost :-)And I agree with doing your research on the speakers.

I rarely haul drywall & 8ft+ lumber etc inside the SUV more for safety than convenience.
