I'd say I have a 50/50 chance of sub-metering (which would be the ultimate win), but if not I'm feeling confident I can still make a huge dent in the bill with low-flow toilets and a comprehensive plumbing inspection. 

Fairly confident I could get between $2200-$2600 a month as a long term rental. 

Second, if you have a buyer, you know what they want, hence you can shop for that criteria having confidence it will sell placing you in a stronger negotiating position.

Low confidence on that estimate though.

The fact that I got a call out of 100 mailers made me feel confident that if I actually pushed the pavement, I could make something happen.

But gave us confidence that we could do much better than others.

I've done several other deals since then and I don't think I would have had the confidence to move forward without getting started with something.

Another goal is to start practice analyzing properties (though I admit I'm not 100% confident in that). 

To anyone who engages in wholesaling,I spoke with a real estate group recently that knew that I work in the data field.

Nothing about what might motivate me to sell (not that I'd engage in that kind of nonsense anyway) or asking how I'm getting on with the weather.I mean, I guess it's better than wasting my time, but since Bob here has already interrupted my work and train of thought, can I get just a little schmooze?
