It used to have dive bars, music stores, 2nd hand shops, run down movie theater, craft stores, etc.  

The party claiming adverse possession bears the burden of proving each element.

We did have one tenant dump 5 gallons of gasoline in the basement sump and then attract rats by storing garbage in the garage but that was taken care of quickly and there haven’t been any other issues.the main lesson from this one was I wish I had started earlier, deals keep getting harder to find.

Looks like your deal floats well even if the store fronts take a while to fill.

Not saying that's definitely the case here, but the story does have some of the same elements. 

They take your SSN at the time of bidding and have it stored so they know if you bid again. 

Having the ability to build real wealth thru leverage is much more attainable then storing cash.

My advice is to call other parks/mobile home movers/mobile home parts stores/google.
