@Jonathan Small your PMC should give you an Annual Owner Statement with a breakdown of income & expenses for each property.Give this, the 1099-Misc they sent you and add any property taxes or insurance you paid and bank 1098's to your CPA.

Everything needs to be reasonable and payment/cost needs to be similar to what you would see in an arms-length transaction with an unrelated party. 

The interest rate has jumped recently. Rate cuts? Maybe not so soon, and not much. In light of current high rate environment, if you were an investor/developer, and you were about to start a 30 unit residential/commer...

Their listing agent said they forgot about it and considered it a small claim not worth mentioning.

I have spent a lot of time searching through posts on these forums to get an understanding of different directions and investment decisions that interest me, however I realize times are dynamic and what investments worked 2 years ago may and most likely  would not work the same in todays world.
