If you don't have moisture on the floor, or coming through your walls, a de-humidifier might do the trick in reducing the amount of humidity in the air.

If so that would be enough to put 3.5 to 10% down on a home on Buffalo - assuming of course his salary would allow him to cover the mortgage.He’ll want to pull that Heloc before he moves though since most lenders won’t do helocs on rentals.And for those saying PA is close to Buffalo - it is at least a 2 hour drive to the border and that is not a commute a dr with a young family would want to be doing in the winter.

If your credit score is good and you start saving like the good book “Richest Man in Babylon” suggests you will not have an issue get a pre approval lender from a bank or credit union.Also, for what it’s worth, you might want to also look at investing in property outside Philadelphia borders.

Ironically, when buyers are getting a Trustee's Deed, it's essentially a quit claim deed but they give it the value of a Warranty De
