The home is in Cook County, IL--our tax assessor's website doesn't list home owner's and the software I've been looking to look up data hasn't turned up much either.Besides the CAD, what other places can I go to find a home owner's information?

There is a 50 dollar minimum so I end up putting all the neighborhoods I want in a list and then  adding junk data to meet the minimum.

its like anything real estate related there are always a few that rise to the top.. ones with proper capitalization , ability and market knowledge and are very very good at sales.. others usually just blow their few grand on direct mail never do anything and chalk it up to that don't work !

Other issue can be corrected relatively inexpensively compared to a septic problem.
