Your other option is just to buy more insurance, which is perfectly fine and probably cheaper then setting up a LLC

The state pays you, not the tenant.Allegedly, the tenants do better because they're in a communal setting and the case workers love it too, because they don't have to travel to as many houses.As there are broadly similar approaches to student housing, this isn't setting my BS alarm off; at least, not exactly.

Also one thing to do is set alerts on valleymls.com (local realty site in the Tennesse Valley) That way if something that you are interest in comes on the market it will alert you directly.Lastly do you know of any wholesalers in the area?
