Mazatlan is in good shape now and expectations are good because of the ´Mazatlan-Durango Highway´ that will connect Mazatlan to the US border through the "North-East economic corridor".

I would love to do automatic draft from the tenant into a business account, but have not crossed that bridge yet.With technology the way it is now with online banking etc. just curious as to how you have it setup or how you plan on changing to make it easier.Thoughts?

Also, the American Red Cross helps children plant a garden and teaches them where their food come from.

True ARVs are gathered thur:  1)MLS  2) Haines Cris Cross 3) county records 4) etc. 

@Dave Carpenter I started going through the actives and solds (last six months) in that area (more or less the area bordered by North / 55th / Center / Sherman).

@Tenzin Yangzom You may be able to do some thing called "cross collateralizing" I have done this quite successfully several times in the past.

The Orangeburg becomes oblong - like a cross section of a football as it ages.
