Otherwise @Ronald Rohde is a popular local attorney here on BP and in Dallas that you might want to consult.You could of course use a 3 day quit letter or whatever notice is required in your lease and see if that is enough to encourage them to move out.

The few vouchers that actually exist very rarely move and while the idea of collecting more rent than the regular market would provide is of course intriguing it just doesn't work that way.

Most will charge a reasonable annual fee, but think of it as insurance.Lastly, consider just getting more insurance, typically an umbrella policy to cover your entire portfolio, instead of OR in addition to an LLC.Of course, discuss all this with an attorney!

I think pricing ranges up to $297 per month and they don't give you the package info until you sign up for the trial and put in your credit card.
