I'm looking for CRE market data, specifically total transactions a year, both sales and leases. 

If its okay to ask for feedback here, I'd be happy to post our idea up and get feedback, but I want to make sure I'm starting off on the right food with the community.Regarding learning, I'm specifically interested in the data around commercial real estate.

Running my numbers on the refinance, here is what I think I was seeing (and please feel free to comment on any of the assumptions I used, as I don't have a lot of data to support my estimates).Appraised value estimated to be $141,000, and knowing I can finance up to 80% of that, I could realistic pull out up to $112,800. 

Neither of us are handy so while fix and flip seems attractive to get a jump on our REI career, I'm not sure it's the best plan for us with no handiness and no current contractor contacts.
