How can you report an unscrupolous property manager who is managing multiple properties without any real estate license?

Since I don't work for Bitcoinprops.com, I am not being paid to report on the transactions, I just find bitcoin interesting and therefore thought others might also enjoy a real estate article related to bitcoin.

Not responding in 24 hours consistently is inexcusable as a realtor.

Consistent and persistent action is the key.

Right now I still generate the leads but I cant really afford to market to them consistency.

Also, 5 months is not very long to be marketing...a minimum of 6 months consistency is the general consensus.

When I called Housing to report it, they terminated her assistance immediately without any proof of death or even verifying who I was!

They also chase scammers.Reporting is key as if and when this guy is caught the only hope of getting named in any action against him will be from your reporting the matter.

But, geographies vary greatly, so maybe you can consistently achieve that with a broader focus.If you aren't going to be close by to manage the property manager, I'd suggest nicer neighborhoods or looking for pockets of nice in the lower areas.
