You know you gotta pay rents.......LOLA larger office complex will be much different than a single building.Common areas can be an issue as to maintenance, who controls the HVAC?

Properties @ this price point usually stay on the market longer, but we just took a look @ sol d data for last few months 30 miles from our office downtown
