Have different colors, text, fonts, messages, and pieces (letters, zip letters, postcards). 

However our company colors are White, Black & Yellow so we could not leave the green.

So, we have fall and that is the BIG tourist time for fall colors, that is about 2 maybe 4 weeks, depending on weather.

On each flip, I have hand-selected paint colors and finishes, tile, lights, vanities, carpet, etc.

Originally we planned to stain but it would have looked bad so we painted it the same color as the cabinets.

The size of the unit makes me lean towards lighter colors. 

Also updated the look inside with LVT flooring and paint, added granite counters, painted cabinetry and trim, replaced non-functioning AC, landscaped backyard full of weeds into desert style landscape, painted exterior brick to updated colors.
