Id say talk to a loan officer about your goals in purchasing your primary home with 3.5-5% down or if you have any relatives in the military that can utilize their va loan and cosign with you.Also keep stoking the RE fire in you, keep networking, and keep making connections, you’ll never know who you will meet or what lesson you will learn to get your first deal.
