I would be financially free except for my passion for real estate & desire to build massive & passive legacy wealth for my retirement & children.

I'm in my early thirties; married with two small children.

This will create an additional barrier for guests especially children.

Children are much more destructive, as are some adults.

I did it while holding down my W2 job, renovating my primary home (ourselves), and raising two very young children. 

I recently learned from a neighbor that one of my inherited tenants is planning to move in three additional children into her apartment.

Owning real estate also stabilizes our ability to live where we want to live and makes that possible for our children and our extended families. 

hello everyone im thinking of putting my 4 properties in a trust for my children to inherent but i still would like to maybe heloc or cash out refinance to keep investing, does anyone here have any experience in this situationby the way , i will be the creator thanks

When I mentioned I was looking for another lot to build a custom home in 3-5 years (rental in the interim) she did not seem too keen on the disruption this could cause young children (the same neighborhood and school no less).

We raised to children in this office building and when they were born we never purchased baby cribs or baby furniture.
