living trust property refinance
hello everyone im thinking of putting my 4 properties in a trust for my children to inherent
but i still would like to maybe heloc or cash out refinance to keep investing, does anyone here have any experience in this situation
by the way , i will be the creator

Hi George,
There should be no issue with this because a Revocable Living Trust that you create is treated as if the property is still in your personal name.
